1、前期了解
1, early understanding
前期了解主要是为后期安装做好准备，通过供应商前期提供的规划图、图片、视频等信息了解灌装机的组成及运作方式，预先做好水、电、气等相应的准备工作；
Pre understanding is mainly arranged to prepare for the later, provided by the supplier plans, pictures, video and other information about the composition and operation of filling machine, pre prepared water, electricity and gas corresponding;
2、设备安置
2. Equipment placement
设备安置包含位置安置、配置电源、配置气源、配置水源；在安装过程主要强调一下几点：
Equipment placement includes location location, configuration of power supply, configuration of air source and allocation of water source; emphasis is placed on several points during installation:
(1）先依照供应商提供的清单，核对设备及配件的完整性；
(1) check the integrity of the equipment and fittings according to the list provided by the supplier;
(2）设备对接好后，需要将机器调平，脚垫锁紧，减少设备的振动；
(2) after the equipment is docked, the machine should be leveled, and the foot cushion is locked, so as to reduce the vibration of the equipment;
(3）电源需安全接地，气源要求在0.4-0.6mpa，保持气源的稳定，进水排水系统稳定可靠，安全卫生；
(3) the power supply needs to be safely grounded, the gas source is required to be 0.4-0.6mpa, the air source is stable, the water supply and drainage system is stable and reliable, and the safety and hygiene are ensured;
(4）设备安装时，设备供应商会安排售后工程师来指导和培训，在此过程中需要记录相关的注意事项，便于后续设备维护的处理。
(4) when the equipment is installed, the equipment supplier will arrange the after-sale engineer to guide and train the equipment. In this process, the relevant matters needing attention should be recorded so as to facilitate the maintenance of the subsequent equipment.

Equipment maintenance
如果经常出故障肯定会给生产企业造成损失，所以说矿泉水灌装机日常维护尤为重要。
If often fail, it will certainly cause losses to the production enterprises, so the daily maintenance of mineral water filling machine is particularly important.
1、矿泉水灌装机设备运行前仔细阅读供应商提供的说明书和安装时的笔记，了解设备原理，熟悉操作方法与调试技巧；
1, mineral water filling machine equipment before operation, carefully read the instructions provided by suppliers and installation notes, understand the principle of equipment, familiar with the operation method and debugging skills;
2、保证水、电、气系统的供应安全、平稳，需要有对应突发异常的备用方案； 并定期对以上系统检查；

3、矿泉水灌装机处于磨合期时容易在紧固、润滑方面出现纰漏，因此要及时检查维护；
